About the Artwork

Are your artworks handmade? Yes. Each piece is created by hand by Artallin artists, layer by layer. This means no two pieces are exactly the same — and that’s exactly what makes them special.

Will my artwork look exactly like the photos?

Because every Artallin piece is handcrafted, there may be slight variations in texture, brushwork, and detail. We see these as part of the character of the artwork, not imperfections.

What materials do you use?

Artallin uses high-quality canvas and professional-grade paints to ensure durability, color depth, and long-term stability.

Is the artwork textured or flat?

Many of our pieces feature visible texture and layering. This gives the artwork depth and a more tactile, dimensional feel in your space.

Customization

Do you offer custom artwork? Yes. Artallin can create custom pieces tailored to your space, size, and preferred style.

How does the custom process work? You can share your idea, dimensions, or reference images with us. The Artallin team will guide you through the process and create a piece designed specifically for your space.

Can I request a specific size? Absolutely. We offer multiple size options and can accommodate custom dimensions upon request.

Ordering & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order? Because each Artallin piece is 100% hand-painted to order, order handling/production typically takes 10–14 business days, followed by transit time:

US: 4–7 business days (Note: We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, or P.O. Boxes.)

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Artallin exclusively ships to the contiguous United States and Canada.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Returns & Support

Can I return my order?

Since each Artallin piece is uniquely made to order, all standard sales are final. We do not accept returns for a change of mind or buyer's remorse.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the artwork and packaging. Artallin will arrange a replacement or full refund and provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
