At Artallin, we want you to be completely thrilled with your hand-painted art. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the following condition:

Item Condition: New and undamaged.

Packaging: Must be returned in its original packaging to ensure the artwork is not damaged during transit.

3. Return Method All returns must be completed by mail. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first to receive proper authorization and the correct return address.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Damaged or Defective Items: If the artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, Artallin will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging when contacting us.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at hello@artallin.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Order Cancellations Since our artworks are made to order, you may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the painting process begins, and cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to a partial fee.
