At Artallin, we want you to be completely thrilled with your hand-painted art. Because we are committed to both the quality of our craftsmanship and your satisfaction, we offer a transparent return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility (Custom Art Policy) Due to the bespoke, handcrafted nature of our artwork, all standard sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer's remorse.
However, we fully guarantee the safe delivery of our art. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will take full responsibility and make it right.
2. Return Window (For Damaged or Incorrect Items) For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the exact date your item is delivered to request a return, replacement, or full refund.
3. Return Method & Process All approved returns must be processed by mail. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Step 1: Email us at hello@artallin.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged artwork and its original packaging.
Step 2: Once verified, we will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the exact return shipping address.
Step 3: Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
Damaged or Defective Items: Artallin will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
Customer Remorse: As stated above, we do not accept returns for a change of mind, therefore return shipping for customer remorse is not applicable.
Restocking Fee: We charge no restocking fees ($0.00) on any approved returns.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
6. Order Cancellations
Because every Artallin piece is uniquely hand-painted to order, we allow a short grace period for adjustments. You may cancel your order for a full, unconditional refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the physical painting process and material allocation begin, and we are unable to accept any cancellations or modifications to your order.
