Thank you for choosing Artallin. We are committed to delivering your hand-painted textured art safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policies below.
1. Shipping Destinations Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time Because every Artallin piece is 100% hand-painted with heavy impasto texture, it requires dedicated crafting and adequate drying time before it can be safely packaged.
Handling Time: 7 - 14 business days (Monday - Friday).
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping & Transit Time Once your painting is fully dry and passes our quality inspection, it will be handed over to our premium courier partners (such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL).
Transit Time: 5 - 10 business days (Monday - Friday).
Total Delivery Time: Handling Time (7-14 business days) + Transit Time (5-10 business days) = 12-24 business days total.
4. Shipping Costs We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the countries listed above. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your door.
6. Taxes and Duties For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. Artallin is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
