Will I see my painting before it ships?
Yes. We send photos and video of the completed painting for your review before shipment. Check the composition, overall color, visible texture and selected finish, and raise questions before approving dispatch.
What if I would like an adjustment?
Contact us before approving shipment. Requests are reviewed against the agreed design and production stage; additional revisions, costs and timing must be confirmed with our team.
Will the painting be identical to the images?
Hand-painted brushwork and surface details can vary. Room visualizations are digitally generated styling examples, not customer photographs or exact-scale references. Use the artwork details and your selected dimensions and frame when ordering.
Is the frame in the photo included?
Your selected configuration determines what is included. Rolled canvas is unstretched; frameless stretched canvas has no outer decorative frame; a framed option includes the selected frame finish. Check the option before adding to cart.
How long does preparation and shipping take?
Standard preparation is typically 7–14 business days, followed by estimated transit of 5–10 business days. Custom work, drying time, destination and customs can affect timing. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.
What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
Email hello@artallin.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the artwork and original packaging. Keep the packaging and contact us before sending anything back. Approved resolutions follow the return and refund policy.
Can I cancel or return a made-to-order painting?
The current store policy allows cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and excludes change-of-mind or wrong-size returns for made-to-order purchases. Damaged, defective or incorrect items have a separate process. Read the full policy before ordering.
How do I confirm a material or installation detail?
Ask us about the specific artwork before purchasing if its medium, surface depth, frame construction, hanging hardware or finished measurements are essential to your choice. A room visualization alone does not confirm those details.
